We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy.
Due to the high volume of NO SHOWS and late cancellations and schedule changes…
- All appointments must be prepaid at the time of scheduling with either cash or credit card. We cannot bill resort room charges. Please have your cash or card ready BEFORE scheduling your services.
- We cannot accept US bills with ANY marks, tears, cuts or extreme wear. The banks will not accept them, and unfortunately they are useless to us here in Roatan.
- You must give 24 hours notice to cancel OR reschedule your appointment. If you cannot attend your scheduled service, you can send someone in your place, but understand your appointment is locked in at that 24 hour point.
- ALL cancellations for appointments made with a credit card, regardless of when they occur, will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee, as our credit card processor is now charging our business the same fees on refunds. There is no charge for rescheduling.
- Guests who arrive late for their scheduled appointment may have their service time cut short. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for paperwork, restroom time, and to get settled.
- We do accept walk ins, as our schedule permits.
- We are open to the public and are located on the 3rd floor of the main Infinity Bay building
