Vacuum Cupping Therapy uses an electric Vacuum Cupping machine that glides across the skin, improving circulation, increasing lymph flow, reducing adhesions and tension of the fascia. It reduces inflammation and joint stiffness and helps to detoxify the body. It can temporarily smooth the skin, reducing appearance of cellulite, fine lines and wrinkles.. Smooth, warm basalt stones are placed on the body as well as used manually during the massage help to relax the body and improve circulation. They help to reduce tension, stress and anxiety and create a deeply relaxing experience. Hot stones can be added on to any massage.

The warm Bamboo massage combines traditional techniques with warm bamboo rods. The warmth penetrates deep into muscles, releasing tension and promoting relaxation. It stimulates blood flow and lymph drainage, and helps promote flexibility and mobility in targeted areas. Warm bamboo can be added on to any massage.

Our therapist will use deeper, localized pressure to reach the inner muscle layers, to break up adhesions, scar tissue, and deeper spasms.
